Leadership

My name’s Blvckrose, born in Brazil on December 29th, 1993, and started my entrepreneurial journey at the age of 18 in 2012. At that time, nothing generated as much interest in my heart as the world of business. Employment and college were never part of my plans, only entrepreneurship burning in my heart like a flame.

At 18 years old, I met my mentor in the business world, Steve Jobs, through a movie. Since then, I decided to take a risk and study the way my mentor, Steve Jobs, saw the business world. I did not attend college and did not have traditional jobs, but I always believed that one day I would build something interesting, impactful, and that could influence the world in some way!

For seven years, from 18 to 25 years old, I worked as a leader, leading a team that generated good results with a team of over 2.000 different and entrepreneurial people. This process of seven years leading and learning from people generated valuable experiences for me as an entrepreneur, preparing me for the next steps in my life. It was seven years of learning and experiences as a leader for my future.

At 25 years old, I decided to change my destiny and believe that something better was coming. This decision was very difficult because I faced the biggest challenge of my life, losing friends and family who turned their backs on me and breaking my first business. But, as Steve Jobs said, the dots will connect in the future.

Looking back to the past, it is possible to connect with the future... At 15 years old, I drew on my computer using a mouse with my friend Ana Pucu. At 28, I deeply understood the power of cryptocurrencies and NFTs through a close friend named J. Lenon. It was love at first sight because I realized the magnitude of this universe, and as Jobs said, the dots connected. So, I decided to bet all my vision on this NFT project and on my company, Nexwav Labs.

Today, at 29 years old, I decided to create my own company, Nexwav Labs, and my first collection of 7.000, Havok Noxvill. . These works of art will go beyond being simply art; I want to express my ideas and connect people who think differently through each NFT. I want to build a community of people who think differently in the physical world and in the metaverse. My vision is to build a revolutionary company for the next decades!
